Communication is what I train in – everything from face to face communication – telephone communication and written communication.

Benchmark started over 20 years ago when the world was very different (no Internet!) and the pace of life was maybe just a little slower.   I like to pride myself in keeping up with the times and incorporating new ideas and skills into my training courses all the time.

I run one day courses, two day courses and series of courses – depending upon the company’s requirements.

You can attend open courses (i.e. where may have one or two people to train in a specific skill) or in-house, highly personalised training courses which meet your company objectives and ethos.

My training is flexible, light-hearted (but meaningful) and carries the signature of Benchmark that ‘learning should be fun’.  Theory sits happily with practical sessions and discussion with competitions and quizzes – all learning styles are catered for.
