Located in the Leeds suburb of Sherburn in Elmet, Benchmark is made up of enthusiastic and capable staff – no matter what service you require. Our trainers are mature with life skills that can be brought into every training session and carries the Benchmark signature that training is fun! When not training, they join the staff of the telemarketing bureau – proving that you can do it and train it!

Our telemarketing bureau is not a call centre – it is a collection of individuals who like to talk and persuade people to buy products and services, however they are equally happy posing as mystery shoppers and detailing their experiences or helping to gather data for customer surveys both on-line and by phone.

Margaret started Benchmark (when she was 12!!!) following a successful track record selling in various large organizations. An inspirational trainer, she brings a down to earth approach to any subject.

Always pleasant – always smiling – Vicki never lets a campaign get her down. No matter what she is selling she is always the first to ‘have a go’ and never the first to give up.

Helen Varey

Design and flair are Helen’s attributes. Designing and producing all our marketing material, Helen also designs for clients, heads up the direct mailing department and compiles training notes.

Josephine Hartley

The youngest of the team and the most enthusiastic – you only have to hear her answering the phone to know how keen she is! No product too complex – no service too intricate – Jo is always bright and bubbly.

Georgina Liddle

Steady and reliable, Georgina is probably the most understated of the telemarketers, however one of the most tenacious and effective at ‘getting that appointment’.
